There are some of us with no jackets/ties so that requiring such things might truly exclude some folks (and we are few enough that we can't really afford to exclude anybody!). Also.. if some wear jackets and others don't, we might appear to be a bit fashion flakey. ;-) Dave.. do you think white dress shirts and black pants would be sufficiently formal for this gig?
