Go to the Zope ZMI, and look in the HEC_Control/HEC/portal_skins/testLocalConnect directory. (not the custom folder) You need these two files: presUI_12_15.dir xml_rpc_11_4b.swf You MUST have xml_rpc_11_4b.swf running in a browser or Flash Player window to communicate with the server, so start it up first before you start the .dir file. You may also need to update a couple of your Director Xtras. Go to: www.macromedia.com/support/director/ts/documents/dmx_update.htm I'd recommend updating all the Xtras they show here, but the Flash Asset Xtra update is essential for getting the server communication to work. --Skip
